Theory

of Nonlinear Existentialism

Nonlinear Existentialism (NLE) is defined as a means of interpreting existentialistic philosophy as a phenomena produced by the application of electrical variability to a specific region of the Central Nervous System. The basics of the theoretical mechanism that is hypothesized to be a by-product of evolutionary pressures in the Cerebral Cortex are given in, On the Significance of Amplified Macroscopic Probability in the Optimization of Learning. This paper explains the fundamental physical parameters of the neuronal architecture that solves the Binding Problem through the introduction of a magnetic field generated by Layer VIb of Cerebral Cortex, an event that is further postulated to be responsible for Human Thought. This paper serves as a first step in considering the development of a person as a being that is able to separate themselves from the environment. How these ideas fit in with Existentialism as well as the concepts of Quantity and Quality are discussed in the second paper: Phenomenological Method Applied to Quantity and Quality as Framed by Heidegger’s Existentialism and the Neuro-Physiological Necessity of Nonlinear Existentialism. This article discusses the basic outcomes of the system beyond its basic ability to increase the probability of survival through the optimization of learning. Central to the thesis is to objectively differentiate between Quantity and Quality as these phenomena relate to the Human condition. The treatment is also used to emphasis which characteristics of Existentialism, as given by Heidegger, can be seen as being similar in intention to Nonlinear Existentialism. Furthermore, this paper and the next, Realization of Truth: Addressing the Nothingness of Existentialism elaborates on why this branch of philosophy was used as a bridging point between neurology and the humanities, and how writer’s, such as Sartre may be underestimating the capacity of people to attain truth, an outcome that is partially a result of his work not being able to define truth as a biologically accessible process. With the previous paper detailing the general characteristics of perceived existence, Implications of Nonlinear Existentialism on Freud’s Psychoanalytical Model goes into the details of the process through the course of psychic development. The objective energy based aspects of the mind, such as the functions and states that may be generated by NLE are linked to Psychological theory. Freudian Psychological constructs, such as the Id, Ego and Superego and what can be inferred by way of their application to the Central Nervous System as an energy based system, are used as common phenomena to be compared and contrasted to what is predicted by Nonlinear Existentialistic theory. The intention of the analysis is to objectify what is by its very nature subjective so that the cause of our behaviors can be logically set against the results without either aspect being unsettled by superfluous values and interpretations. These three (3) papers give the basic elements of Nonlinear Existentialism, and their relationship to anatomical and behavioral sciences. Related discussions of these treatments are covered in the following six (six) presentations available on YouTube: Presentation 1 or 5: Nonlinear Existentialism, Applied Theoretical Neurophysiology and the Soul Presentation 2 or 5: Applied and Theoretical Neurophysiology Presentation 3 or 5: Overcoming Absurdity and Nihilism Through Nonlinear Existentialism Presentation 4 or 5: Energetics of the Self-Line Function Presentation 5 or 5: In View of Applied Theoretical Neurophysiology, Artificial Intelligence Summation: Derived Meaning of Human Life: Self-Line Function, Nonlinear Existentialism and God Please note: Additional presentations have been added to YouTube in an effort to discuss and tease out various topics and concepts within Nonlinear Existentialism.  As of mid 2016, there are thirty (30) presentations available on YouTube.
